"Where to begin this place is amazing. Very beautiful and quiet. Everything very clean. Sit out under the huge back patio in whatever chair you desire. A lot of little perks you dont get everywhere. Foaming hand soap in your private bathroom. Soft huge fluffy towels. Snack stuff available any time. Also Popcorn and chocolate along with coffee, hot chocolate and ice water any time. Dan and Debbie are very friendly and you couldnt ask for a better hostess and host. Debbie is a wonderful cook. Breakfast which is made when you order it was amazing every morning and we were there for 7 mornings. We had sourdough bread toast, french toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, wonderful omelets, waffles with homemade blueberry syrup and strawberry syrup, breakfast casserole, sausage gravy and biscuits. We were there long enough we got to try it all. But every morning there was your choice of toast, with bacon and eggs any way you want them. Also different kinds of coffee cakes some mornings which were all very good. Along with bananas, bars, instant oatmeal. Wonderful, wonderful place to stay. My daughter and I have told everybody we have been around about this place. Will definately stay here again when we are back in the area. Very reasonably priced also. "

"We elected this remote cabin in Arkansas for our summary get away with family and friends. The cabin is situated between two streams looking out at a beautiful lake. It takes about 10 minutes from the main gate to travel on the graded road that winds around, and up and down (both vehicles, 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive, did fine even with the rain showers). The owner allowed us to charge our Tesla, too! There was plenty of room for the seven of us especially with 3 bathrooms (one on each floor). We enjoyed hiking (around the cabin, Mt. Nebo and Petit Jean), kayaking, roasting marshmallows, and playing games. Overall, it was a great vacation!"

"We had a great time, very peaceful lots and lots of wild birds. Barred owls nesting right acrost the river from the cabin. Fishing was OK, secret weapon for the trout was perch colored rattle traps. Very relaxing week with great hosts."

"I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!"
