"My reservation was canceled by the hotel on the day of my travel, the day when I was supposed to check in. As i arrived in Tulum there was a sign that checking is this way with an arrow. They moved me to Be Tulum, their sister hotel next door, which is a nice property. However, they did not notify that Nomade Tulum was as closed, temporarily I hope. Very poor communication. And I stayed at this property about 5-6 times before. I loved this property, but lately it started to fade. From what I gathered the management did not understand this magical property. I came to this property again and again for its magic. They started cutting on the little things which made this property magical. I was disappointed. Yet Be Tulum is a beautiful property. Also, Ocumare restaurant was closed. I loved this restaurant! And I did not get to see my favorite yoga Shala from Nomade. That yoga Shala is one of my favorites. Quite disappointed. But I made a magical time in tulum wherever I was at Be Tulum and Yaan Spa."

"Our stay at Dreams Tulum was wonderful from start to finish. My fiancé and I had such a fun and relaxing time, and the staff made the experience even more special with their kindness, attentiveness, and amazing service. One of our favorite parts was wandering around the beautiful property together and spotting all the wildlife. The resort had such a peaceful, natural atmosphere that made every walk feel like an adventure. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to get married here!"

"If you are looking for a relaxing getaway at a decent price, look no further. Located right on the beach, Hotel Qamar has beautiful villas. The beach club and restaurant is very accommodating. Whether you want to eat at the restaurant or enjoy margaritas and tacos by the pool, they will accommodate. The food is great. The hotel located on strip with lots of other restaurants and local shops, if you decide to leave the beach. I recommend going the strip and meeting some locals. Special shoutout to the staff for every accommodation, they went above and beyond in every way. The rooms are air conditioned and extremely clean. Being able to hear the beach from your bed is so relaxing. Go ahead and book!"

"No think about it just book it. The staff and owner were great. They are expanding to make it even better. Underwater gym, sound healing classes and full spa coming in November. I will be retuning. This was my first time in Mexico and I made a great choice in starting at Kan Tulum. The grounds were even prettier in person. We rented e-bikes and got hurt and the staff once they heard were so concerned and attentive asking daily about our progress. This place was worth every penny."
