Top Tulum Hotel Reviews
BE Destination Tulum
10/10 Excellent
"Ivan is the man!!! Gorgeous spot, great breakfasts, staff, beach, grounds, room, etc. Loved it, will be back!"
Hotel Qamar Lux
8/10 Good
"Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the property it go better but not fully) If you want to order food give it 30-45 min to get the food, the food is decent at the restaurant but the breakfast is such a waste! Literally nothing to eat. Yogurt, unripe fruits, cereal, 3types of pastries, butter and jam! That's all you get, you can get eggs that come with 3 slices of tomatoes and bread! The location and property has amazing potential if management upgrades the breakfast buffet and train front desk to become professional in costumer services I would go back."
Nômade Temple Tulum
10/10 Excellent
"The resort was amazing only tip is dont eat at the resosrts take a taxi in to the city of tulum food is much much cheaper outside the resort areas, most restaurants in the resort area charge $20 usd per taco, in central tulum tacos are $1.30 each but nomade is probably one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too would definitely come again"
Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was very friendly from the beginning. A very customer forward resort. Restaurants and food was very good and rooms were always clean. Lots of activities to do everyday and the personal concierge was really helpful. I would definitely come back again. This is perfect for couples."
KAN Tulum Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel scenery was beautiful to take photos or shoot content. Room was really nice. The pools were ok. Need to have proper lounge chairs by the pools. The shower heads in the rooms need to be changed. Hardly any water would come out but the tub was better to use instead. And it shouldn’t be so open the bathroom area since if wanting to bathe/shower in private. Nothing is covering that area. If wanting peace and quiet, it’s a place to stay at while in Tulum."
Xambé
10/10 Excellent
"Wow ! Notre expérience au Xambé fut excellente, la communication et le service étaient parfaits. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine offerte dans la chambre, par choix car la piscine du rooftop était encore plus intéressante! Nous recommandons l’endroit, plage et bons restaurant à quelques kilomètres!"
Kanan Tulum Hotel & Spa Adults Only Playground
10/10 Excellent
"Our anniversary celebration at Kanan Tulum was absolutely magical! The staff went way beyond to make it special, with lovely surprises in our beautifully designed room and an unforgettable dinner at the treetop Nest, surrounded by breathtaking views. The food was excellent, and the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, taking the time to understand our preferences and personalize our dining experience. The unique treetop nests for relaxing and dining make this hotel truly one of a kind. Exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful memories. Thank you, Kanan, for making our stay so memorable!"
