Modern studio very well located, minimalistic, enjoy great amenities around the premises, all included in the three building complex are available with your stay. Pay attention some maybe in maintenance or determined admin schedules.

Any meme during your stay please refer to us only, front desk is only there to check in and for 24 hrs security, every apartment is independently managed.
-Parking is outside the complex.
-No smoking inside the studio, if smoke is done 150 dollars will be charged to disinfect the room.
-No pets allowed.
-please turn off the lights and the mini-split when you go out.
-Do not leave the door open when the AC is on, because mini-split will condense and will cause leaking.
-If you need to throw the trash, trash bins are located on the back side of the complex, or ask reception for trash location.
