BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT, CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL ZONE

Wynwood - Villas Tulum" is a development of new departments, with a modern design, cool and comfortable. Located in a privileged area of the City, around there are shops, grocery store, Spa, cafes (Startbuck) and small restaurants. In addition it is very near to the beach and the archeological site, Mayan - Pyramid Tulum.

The department is on the ground floor, with right to a parking and with easy access for wheelchair or with a walker for the elderly. Totally new, not suitable for smokers, and with WIFI internet.
Consists of : Kitchen, washing area, living room, dining room, main bedroom - King Size bed, walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom and bedroom secondary - a double or twin bed, closet, and attached bathroom, the living area has a sofa extra futon. (Up to 5 people), TV, 58" with netflix. It a small space of terrace with a hammock (A nice place to read or rest). And very near the pool, for easy walking. Each bedroom has independent air conditioning and fans.
Wynwood offers in the central area: a beautiful pool, a bath common and an indoor area, a bar with bbq grill, and cozy lounge and deck chairs, perfect to enjoy a day of "Albercada-Picnic".
Because of their location is optional, rent bicycles and tours that are recommended widely, and the cost and itinerary is so independent. Request Information when you arrive.
