The room was okay but my window was boarded up with drywall and a peephole looking out into the parking lot. A LOT of homeless walking around. Very sketchy vibe. There was a fight at 2.20 a.m. that banged against my wall/ door for at least 10 minutes. Couldn't sleep all night. I had to get up early so i might have gotten 4 hours sleep, maybe. This may be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
I had to ask for a second room as the first one didn’t even have any sheets on the bed or a shower curtain kind of reminded me of maybe a drug rehab facility
The staff was very friendly and the lobby was picture perfect for an inexpensive hotel. The room was horrible I had one plug-in for my phone and my laptop but to be able to access that plug in I had to pull the bedside table out because there was not enough room to plug them in without moving that table and when I did I saw plenty of cockroaches a lot of dirt and trash.
The staff was friendly and even people that I believe were just residents there we're also friendly my room had a door to the pool area which was covered for good reason but that is where evidently most people took their dogs to walk them however my door to the pool area was locked could not be opened and the curtain to that glass store would not close all the way.
I had a two room reservation and before I had been in that room for even an hour I had called Expedia and got a reservation for another room the next morning the only reason I did not move that night was because I had been driving 3 hours and torrential rain and thunderstorms and I was exhausted
The room was horrible. There were cigarette burns on the blanket, the window was shattered and held together by tape and didnt fully close, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. Briefly tried a second room, also terrible, power didnt work for the bedroom among other things. We did not stay there, and promptly left, and i will be trying to get my money back.
This was absolutely the nastiest hotel I have ever been in. We arrived to multiple law enforcement cars outside and rooms that were not even ready yet. The law enforcement was in search of a man who had caused a disturbance and was needing to be trespassed from the property. Multiple people who may as well have been zombies were roaming in and out. They were all very clearly on illegal substances. There was what appeared to be paid adult activities taking place as well. The sheer dirtiness was enough to make us leave but the man stoned out of his mind, roaming the hallway and knocking on doors was icing on the cake. The front desk lady told him he was supposed to leave because she had "already told him once that visiting hours were over." What? It was scary and odd. Mold, stains on the carpet and floors, the strong stench of drugs when you walk in. Do NOT ever stay here with children for sure. The lady at the front desk was kind and immediately understood when we told her we were leaving. How could she not. It was midnight, our rooms still weren't ready and we were living in a live episode of criminal minds. Its my own fault for not reading the previous reviews but I can assure you they are correct. Expedia should require updated images because the pictures on here are 1,000% false advertising.
From the moment we arrived to we left worst experience in years. We arrived to check in and waited in the lobby for 30 minutes only to find out the front desk. Staff left for the bank. We left and returned later in the front desk. Staff had a sign out this time saying they’re helping a guest, spent another 30 minutes. At least there was a sign up the second time. The room was absolutely disgusting, infested with roaches, no pillows or blankets. No Security lock on the door, window was cracked and broken, and just taped to the outside. No TV, HDMI cord was ripped from it exposing wires. Burn holes in all of the sheets, graffiti with vulgar racial slurs on the headboards. To top it off I am woken up at 6 AM by pounding on the door, I refused to open it. It is someone that claims to be from the hotel saying they don’t show anyone reserving this room. Already a sketchy hotel, not about to open the door. Absolutely horrible experience. I have pictures and videos. I will be posting if given the opportunity.
STAY THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE RENTED 8 ROOMS AND THEY WERE ALL DISGUSTING. IT'S INHUMANE TO SPEND A NIGHT THERE. PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY AND SMELLY. WE WANTED TO GIVE IT A CHANCE, BUT WHEN WE WENT INTO THE BATHROOM, THERE WAS NO WATER, ONLY A TRICKLE OF COLD WATER. THE TOILET WAS FILTHY, COVERED IN GRIME. IT LOOKED LIKE A GAS STATION BATHROOM IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD. WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE BED BECAUSE WE SAW STAINS AND HAIRS FROM A DISTANCE. THIS WAS DISGUSTING. PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WE LOST THAT MONEY, BUT THAT'S BETTER THAN PAYING FOR OUR HEALTH.
You get what you pay for, would spend a little more next time, just needed a cheap room. No blankets on the bed (they brought us some), one each bath towel, hand towel, wash rag, roaches (we saw several). Staff was nice
I waited for over 45 minutes, some guy came up to me and said the check in clerk was not available. I was not able to check in at all!

Check in went great gentleman was very polite. Room was clean kinda weird no comforter only sheets AC worked great at this point it's all good needs updated then go to bed waking up getting bit low and behold bed bug just having it's Christmas feast so time to go. Roughly 1245 am go down stairs and nobody at desk some workers are on the phone said he will be here in about an hour. So have the bed bugs to employee leave come back at 607am and still nobody in the front desk now back again still nobody to get my cash required deposit. So now I wait longer not something I want to do on Christmas Day. There needs to be somebody at front desk for any needs a paying customer needs.
To start, I am not a hotel snob. Basic clean serviceable place to stay is fine for me. This hotel is misrepresented on the internet and should be avoided for the common traveler. The hotel looks like it was used to house the homeless. First room was rejected due to black mold and uncleaned shower along with other damage. Second room was taken only because I had prepaid. The better room was identified by magic marker written on the wall. Room had no lampshade but light bulb did work. Television did not work. One towel set for a room with two double beds and two guests. One pillow for each bed and one sheet set. No blanket, bedspread or anything else. If the sheet was not good enough, you were out of luck and it was December with cold temps. Not even a disposable plastic cup to brush your teeth or get a drink. Hotel desk could not provide a plastic cup. Don't believe the internet. There is no breakfast served. There is not even a serviceable breakfast area. The graffiti etched and written into the furniture and other areas just adds to the ambiance. The owners are aware of this and running it like a flop house. This facility should not present itself as a regular hotel.
