"The property was very beautiful. There was one bedroom downstairs which had very bad damp smell so we could not use the bedroom. The pool was unuseable as it was not covered and full of small insects. There was one fry pan which was rusted. So small issues. The contact people Deb and Sarah were very good"

Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for all. Could have used an extra toilet on the ground floor with 8 of us staying there, but everything else was lovely. The immaculate spa, decking and outdoor dining was the cherry on top. Would love to stay again. "

"Location was superb down private road with river on one side and a stones throw to the spectacular beach on the other side. The home was clean, spacious, modern and well appointed. I especially loved the layout of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, the 'hidden away' amenity cupboards and the welcoming combined living and kitchen. Would recommend to a small extended family group and hope to visit again"
