"The Wifi was down when we arrived and we couldn't get a room key. We had to leave someone in the room to let the other in. The room smelt like pet urine and the bed was uncomfortable. "

We will never stay here again. Dirty everywhere on the light switches the baseboards, outside the room etc....discusting! "
