The day of booking the property the owner called after 9pm to enquire where the payment was to which we explained it was purchased on hotels.com AND that the trip was for my SICK mother. "Wow. What an amazing place. My wife and I have travelled around the world extensively but we loved this place more than almost anywhere we’ve ever been to. We stayed for 3 nights and the place suited our need for a break. It was ultra clean. The staff were super helpful and took a personal interest in us and what we were doing. The views were stunning. The food and fires were good. Our room (number 2) even had its own log fire. Thank you Diggers for allowing us to stay with you. Next time we come to the Cape Town area we’ll be back and we’ll be back for longer."
