Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses."

"It might not actually be a cottage, but it feels like it when you walk inside. Roomy, clean, well appointed and decorated. We were on a business trip in Tulare as exhibitors at the AG show so we were exhausted at the end of the day and the jacuzzi was good (it would have been great if it hadn’t been so cold outside…oh well, it is Feb after all!) "We loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 7. Master bedroom had very comfortable firm mattress. Nice refurbished bathrooms. House had lots of character which we love and appreciate. Extras were fun: record player, two hammock swings in the backyard, a nice grill and table with umbrella, extra blankets. We loved it! We’d stay again."

The farm animals are separate from the beautiful house near the delicious orange trees that they allow you to treat yourself with. This property was a great addition to the wonderful experience we had at the Sequoia National Park and we highly recommend this for your stay!"

"This is a very nice house, spacious in a nice quiet area. Large back yard for everyone to enjoy. It has an office space if you need to work. Owner is always available and wants to make sure everything is okay. I was also in contact with him prior to booing and he answered all of my questions and requests."

"Positives: nice size, two bathrooms, working stove, laundry, TV, internet, beds “available”. Easy check in (code lock, but anyone can access the backyard so make sure you lock the back door, no side gate/lock) Cons: DIRTY. Including dusty cobwebs. (Was told they deep clean after each stay…) I have pictures, but no way to upload. Found hair shavings in both sinks and toilets, half drunk bottles and cups, dirty sheets and blankets. Dirty towels. Huge hole in pillow. Super flat pillows, stains on...
