"Just Wow! In a beautiful situation in the Alps. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms are quaint, not modern but comfortable. Restaurant food fabulous, great breakfast, we loved this hotel. "There is nobody on site. Since Hotels.com is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key ! There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking"

"This property is exactly as described. It was the perfect size for two of us who needed a place to stay in the area, and it was nice and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and the restaurant in the building was delicious. A quick bus ride to Brunnen gives you access to a train station that will take you anywhere. "
