Additional amenities include fans, a television and a washing machine. A baby cot and a highchair can be provided if requested in advance. In the communal outdoor area, shared with the homeowner who lives next door, you will find a long terrace and beautiful garden, where you can enjoy a fresh cup of the coffee in the morning and listen to the birds in the quiet surroundings. A supermarket and a small selection of restaurants are 1.8 km or a 4-minute drive away. Being situated in the heart of the island, you can easily reach a number of picturesque coastal towns and gorgeous beaches with just a short drive. The shops and sandy beach Playa Gran Tarajal, for instance, are just 12 km or a 12-minute drive from the property.
