The apartment is located in the heart of the little fishing village Las Playitas only 400 m away from the famous sports complex Playitas Resort.
It is 36 sqm and has a nice terrace with direct and beautiful views.
The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2017.

The very bright apartment is situated one minute walk away from the beach and offers stunning views of the bay and the village.


There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The unique and peaceful views of the bay makes the apartment a perfect relaxing holiday spot!


Guests can access the entire apartment and the terrace.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick und die Lage am Meer sind einmalig. Dichter geht es wirklich nicht. Expedito war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento molto pulito, cura dei dettagli, arredato con molto gusto, completezza e qualità delle dotazioni sia in cucina sia nel bagno (ampia disponibilità di cambio biancheria). Terrazzo con vista sul mare sublime. Paese tranquillo, disponibilità a pochi metri sul mare di supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Molto consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla e romantica !

L'appartement est très bien situé : vue sur mer extraordinaire, village très sympathique reste typique sans trop de présence touristique, bien situé pour visiter toute l'île. L’aménagement de l'appartement est très top !
