I felt welcome from the moment I walked in - was greeted by my name. Host knew we were coming !!
Room was large, Balcony had wonderful views, very clean and Dinner and Breakfast were excellent !

Needed a great place in a small town with easy access to/from Bolzano to see Otzi, the Iceman, and tour the area. Trento is close by and well worth a visit. The staff was friendly and helpful, to include coming to find us when our GPS failed us and led us to the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, with freshly prepared items.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The staff were the highlight, incredibly friendly and accommodative, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere - the setting is stunningly beautiful, the pool & spa were amazing, the service was outstanding, the property immaculately maintained, and the service from everyone was perfect. Incredible stay and highly recommend!

We came to the hotel and checked in, found out that our room is in lower floor(same room as we ordered),
And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE!
Everything was great, the staff the total stay.
RECOMMENDED!!!
