Located just off of University Blvd, this home offers quick access to the University of Arizona as well as other local favorites such as Time Market, Cafe Maggie, and Main Gate Square.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a spacious bedroom with plush bedding. Additionally there is rooms for guests with two additional twin beds.

This home has full size laundry facilities as well as an enclosed back patio.

Great location for exploring UofA and downtown/4th Street. Some street noise from Speedway Blvd. Great front porch, comfy sofa, tiny kitchen bed is only full sized
