Best Western InnSuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay for a quick work trip. The hotel was nice, and our room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The parking and getting around the inside of the hotel was a little confusing at first, but Patrick was wonderful and made everything much easier. He gave us a map of the building, showed us the best parking spot, and helped us during check in with excellent customer service. We really appreciated his help! We weren’t able to stay for breakfast, but I did stop by the café to grab some utensils, and the food smelled delicious. The only issue we noticed was a small area outside that appeared to have some dripping water or possibly a leak, and there was a foul smell in that area. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay for our work trip, and Patrick really stood out for his kindness and helpfulness."
