Welcome to the ranch! Discover old-world Tucson at its finest at this charming, lovingly-restored, three-bedroom adobe ranch. You can relax in the outside courtyards while enjoying the birds and native plants of the desert. Plus, a private hot tub can be just the place to soak in bliss at the end of each day. An outdoor shower adds convenience during your stay.

Inside, you'll find custom beams, Saltillo tile, hand-crafted wooden doors, and original paintings inspired by the South West. Prepare quick snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at a table for six inside or out in its east-facing backyard. Kick back, relax, and spin some records in the central living area, or set up at the desk in the back bedroom, ideal for remote work or schooling (high-speed WiFi is provided). The Urban Ranch champions sustainability with its eco-sustainable landscape, rainwater catchment, and greywater systems. So close to the restaurants downtown and the hikes in Sabino Canyon, you can return to this beautifully landscaped yard in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Find yourself in a great central Tucson location that is convenient to everything! Just a mile from your door, visit the Tucson Botanical Gardens with its amazing live butterfly exhibit. The ranch is also within a mile of the city’s incredible 131-mile bike loop, running along the city’s Rillito River path. Being less than four miles from the University of Arizona makes this home excellent for visiting your students. Downtown Tucson is six miles away where you can browse the galleries at the Tucson Museum of Art, sample some of the many popular restaurants, and do a little shopping.

Such a Charming Home and Property
Beautiful attention to detail inside and out of this wonderful adobe abode. The home feels lived in and well cared for - a pleasure to enjoy indoors and out. Extremely clean and well attended. Wish we had more time at the house to “pretend” we lived there - we were on the go. Mixed older neighborhood of well and not so well kept properties as well as apartments, etc - only ding but it didn’t “bother” us.

Great Southwest Decor and Classic Records
Loved the interior design of the house and the back patio amenities. Beautiful landscaping in the front yard. The family enjoyed listening to the classic records in the living room. The back yard had a lot of dead leaves and needles all over the patio, but Vacasa did eventually sent someone over to clean it up. Overall a great experience.

fit the needs
It was moderately comfortable.. the living area s furniture was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase garbage bags for refuse, there was very little dish soap. the outside chairs were old and tattered. the lighting was sparse in the bedrooms and the AC was minimal for the heat of the week... the ice machine and water feature on the fridge were not working...

Picture Perfect
This property is lovely. The house is well maintained, extremely clean and the facilities are more than adequate. The photos accurately portray how cool and stylish this house is. What I didn’t like: the neighborhood (dead cat leg in the front yard, old couch on the curb across the street i.e. eyesore and loud neighbors drunk fighting at 3 am even though we were asked to be “good neighbors” and be quiet from 10P-6A.) Also, maybe the cleaning fee is a bit high since I had to run the dishwasher, start a load of towels and take out the trash bins.

Primo location
We wanted a pleasant place, with a hot tub, and easy access to Sabina Canyon, the river bike path, and several museums and the Botanical Garden. Early morning walks from the front door and the wonderful landscape paintings and art books were extra bonuses.
