Guest access
Just pull right up in the driveway or street parking. There is a smart keypad on the door.
Other things to note
Cali King bed in the master bedroom that has an adjustable base (the back and feet can move with the remote control)
The AC is so good and you're welcome to run it as much as you like
Working remotely? I got you covered with monitors, keyboard, and mice

Some concerns from past people:
The natural lighting is so good that you WILL wake up with the sun (6:20 AM)
