Kick back and relax in this calm, away from busy streets, stylish Southwestern hacienda, with amazing mountain and desert views. With 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, this enchanting property is perfect for a group of friends or family looking to unwind. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing & dryer during your stay. Experience what Tucson has to offer with a stay at our house..

This beautiful single level home is ideally and conveniently situated in a quiet, family neighborhood with access to the Tucson Loop (great for cyclist) and quick access to I-10! Just minutes from major shopping areas and healthcare facilities including a major hospital! This home has central heating and air conditioning, with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has has vaulted ceilings, providing a sense of spaciousness. It has been well loved, and fully renovated with new paint and flooring.

The space has a well-designed large living room with work space, full kitchen, and 3 good sized bedrooms with a large closets. Primary Bedroom features a NovaForm queen bed and matching bedroom set, bathroom suite that includes a garden tub, separate shower, double sinks and huge walk in closet. Guest bedroom features a queen bed and large closet and other bedroom features a utility space that includes a work table and pullout couch to a full size bed. Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and garage. Free WIFI.

Enjoy the large yard, with patio, hot tub, gas grill and breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountains. Outdoor furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening while watching the city lights and the desert colors.

Fully renovated with Sonoran decor and Southwestern colors in mind so you can really enjoy the Tucson life and also feel completely at home. It can accommodate 6 people.

This area of Tucson offers some of our favorite restaurants and places to hike, ride a bike or relax at a park or golf course. Here are some "Must Do" day trips: Historical mining town of Bisbee, Tombstone, Wine tasting in Elgin, Old Tucson Studios, Mount Lemon Ski area to name a few.

This fully furnished home is managed by the home owners. We process applications, receive deposits and rent. Lease must be at least 15 days. Refundable security deposit of $2000, must be paid when reservations are made.

The entire home and yard is for your enjoyment.

No pets.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Quiet period from 10pm - 8am.

Your hosts are located right next door should you need anything during your stay. You are welcome to call or text.
