"This hotel is located in a good area. There are two different subway lines that are very close by. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms looked like the pictures. Breakfast was varied, and the pool was a great way to deal with the heat. There was also a small playroom for younger children. Generally, this is a good place for families to stay."

"Check in was a breeze even though the deadline is 12am but I made it on time and even called to let the front desk my flight was delayed. Room was on the 10th floor, where the entire hotel itself is in, so this was new for me. Bed was soft but comfy, bathroom was clean and no mold. Room came with a fan and AC above and it was hot during the summer. WiFi was working well and no problems. Also wanted the free filtered water on the common area and saw there was self laundry service that I did not take advantage there. Location was close to many things. "
