"This is an excellent hotel, located in the El Prado area. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels; we were on the ninth floor with a balcony and a wonderful view of the city and river.
The bed was very comfortable, and the internet, TV, and WiFi worked well.
The breakfast was well presented with a variety of options; the staff was friendly and respectful, and the building has security.
The resident manager was excellent; she set the standard for her staff. We were extremely pleased with our 1-month stay at this hotel, and we will return."
