"All staff was friendly and polite, housekeeper always said good morning or good afternoon every time they see you with a smile. The pool and spa was great, some part of room need a bit of updating but we still had a very enjoyable stayed."

"Room is clean and organized. There was a welcome fresh fruit platter by the sofa next to the window. The hotel stuff was also very helpful and assisted me with taxi tab once I arrived the hotel from the railway station."

"Got to enjoy Lido beach on a short walk. Beautiful view of the two bridges while swimming in safe & secure waters. We mostly grabbed the quick grab & go breakfast from the restaurant. Not close to much else although, the shuttle runs like every 15mins to the train / bus station that will take you anywhere."

"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"
