"成田到着が夜で後泊で利用させて頂きまし。シングル部屋を9歳の息子と利用しましたが、ベッドのサイズも思ってたよシングルとセミダブルの中間のサイズで、快適に睡眠できました。時差ボケもあり熟睡。朝食を逃す、という失態を人生で初めてしましたが、チェックアウト際に未使用の朝食券に気づいたフロントの女性が、朝食券をお土産(箱菓子)に交換できる旨案内してくださり、大変感激しました。場所柄、朝食時間前に空港に出発する方もいるかと思いますので、大変嬉しいシステムで感激しました。 洗顔料やシャンプー等のアメニティ各種が、夜にはフロントエリアに沢山出ています。朝は、限られたもののみが、フロントデスクに置かれています。夜、フェイスクリームを取り忘れてしまったので、朝、フロントデスクに取りに行ったところ、フェイスクリームはカゴに出ていませんでした。フロントの男性スタッフに、フェイスクリームが欲しい旨伝えると、「シェイビングクリームだったら、そこにあります。」と。女性の宿泊客への対応としては、どうかと思いました。再度、「いや、シェイビングクリームではなく、フェイスクリームが欲しいんですね。」と伝えると、渋々と中から取ってきて下さいましたが、日本のホテルの対応としてはどうかと、驚きました。その他は、とても快適に過ごしましたので、一点残念な点です。又、機会がありましたら、利用させて頂くつもりです。ありがとうございました。"

"The staff were very welcoming as we tried our best communicating in our beginner Japanese. The hotel was lovely and very convenient, close to a local shrine and has a family mart IN the actual hotel !! What a slay, will definitely stay there again ! :DD"

"Airport shuttle service, but only 4 times a day"

"Everything was great like all APA hotels. A strange policy of the hotel is they message you the day before saying you have to advise of the time you are getting there and if either you don’t reply or show up 2 hours outside of that time they will cancel your reservation? Not even sure how they do that as then Expedia will still charge for a no show. I see that as a liability as sometimes you aren’t able to check your email or messages while traveling. Everything else was great."
