If you're wondering what's the white and red decoration, it's Martenitsa! It represents the Bulgarian holiday Baba Marta(Granny March) which celebrates the beginning of spring and the end of cold winter! Starting from 1st of March we exchange martenitsi which symbolise health, luck and happiness! And most importantly- the winter is over (sorry Game of Thrones)! Are you familiar with the holiday?

The Old School Museum. This is one of the first schools in Bulgaria. It was opened in the autumn of 1839 and music, painting, physical education classes were introduced. I wish my high school was like that!
