"The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side."

"They tried giving a room I didn’t book. After a long check in they did give me the room I originally booked. The room smelled like a homeless guy had been living in there."

"Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Manager was reluctant to reprogram our air conditioner thermostat to enable to set it cooler even after we told her it was too hot at night. She finally acquiesced. Other than that, our requests were handled quickly and effectively."
