Built on a hill and parking some way off from actual accommodation - made getting luggage to and from apartment a chore - not easily 'walkable' for people with mobility problems. "Lovely clean property, living room would be cosy for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen. Only drawback is parking space which is small for larger cars and with poor visibility of road. Also workers of boatyard park opposite the driveway so unable to reverse into the driveway if you come back to the cottage during work hours."
