"Great customer service"

"Convenient hotel near the airport. Limited walkable restaurants nearby - busy road and long detour to crossing. Room OK but aircon noisy and thermostat not working. The toilet flush sticks and the toilet has running water all the time. Reasonable value for money."

"Very close to the MIA airport and Dolphin Mall. Free shuttle offered to nearby supermarket, restaurants etc. Beautiful views. Heated pool. Quiet property. Well-maintained. Fully equipped kitchen. Really felt like a luxury home. My only challenge was the daily parking rate was a bit prohibitive, for me. Otherwise though, I absolutely loved the place. I wanna go back NOW!"

"Overall stay was good. Wish the rooms had trash bags, but overall good hotel."

"Room was nice and clean. Pool was decent and clean. Breakfast was decent. Front desk lady was rather irritating to deal with but the guy overnight was friendly and helpful and informative. They also provide airport shuttle which is HUGE! Would recommend. Only problem is theres not a whole lot to do in the area so you gotta Uber or taxi around to areas with more activities. La Birra Burger bar is within walking distance and it was fabulous!"
