"We had an excellent experience from check-in to check-out! The front desk and bell hop were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and uneventful. The king-sized room was perfect for a one-night stay. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was quiet. The gym was well-equipped, with proper cardio machines, some weight machines, free weights, benches, and mats. There are plenty of restaurants along the street outside and easy to get around."

"The two Issues I had was the carpet was a little bit sticky, like I didn’t wanna be barefoot on it, but it wasn’t dirty. Then at night the shower water did not get hot. However, in the morning my husband said the shower was too hot and he couldn’t get it colder. The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. Only thing is if you’re on a keto diet the only thing that was there were eggs, no bacon or sausage. Overall, property was clean, maintain and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very nice and close to most things in New Haven. It's right off the highway. I stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner. The bar was the spot each night. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. The rooms are great too!"

"I would say for the price of a room for only one night that I paid. I think there should be a continental free breakfast for the mornings. And I did have a stranger banging on my hotel door at 3 AM and I tried calling downstairs to the front desk and no one answered. Thankfully, after this man was banging and kicking our door for about five minutes I yelled to him that he had the wrong room and he yelled a room number back and I said you’re in room 233 so he did walk away but I was in the room with 310-year-old little girls and my daughter was terrified and did not sleep the rest of the night. So the only other complaint would be to make sure that security or someone is always around if need be and I feel like I should get some kind of refund or reimbursement or something for the hassle and at $300 per night that is very expensive to not even have a good nights rest and not have a continental breakfast of some kind in the morning. Other than that, it is a very nice hotel it is clean. The staff was very friendly. The girls did enjoy the pool even though the indoor pool did have a very green tint to it, but I think that may have just been the lining of the pool, but otherwise it was a good stay"

"He girl t the front desk had to go ask if it was ok to let me check in because the reservation had the name Jerry instead of my legal name which is Gerard I had the reservation #with my name but she had no clue of a nickname and had me waiting to check in cause of a nickname could not foot what the confusion was she had a picture id of me maybe teaching the front desk what a nickname is would be helps, other than that I had a great state thank you"
