"Devon communicated well before I arrived. Met me at the house. told me to text if there were issues. No welcome booklet.. Broken windows with glass falling, water leaking from 2nd floor into kitchen, not enough linens on the beds, no linens for the sofa bed, one bedroom no door, poison ivy at the entry of the walkway, one toilet broken.
