"Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is old and shabby. Our room had a very slow draining sink, a broken soap dispenser in the shower with no soap in it, broken drawer handles on the dresser, the tv in the bedroom didn't work, the sofa had holes in the cushions and the chair was stained. Both treadmills didn't work and the pool was closed."

On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use...
