This roomy mountain home, located at 195 Basque Drive, is a four bedroom, four

and a half bath property with 2560 square feet of living space. It has two

levels with a full flight of stairs to the entry as well as an entry through

the two-car garage. The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings and an

expansive view of Martis Valley. The kitchen and baths are tastefully updated.

Each bedroom has a private bath and the two masters have a vanity area and an

extra TV. It also features a large, sunny balcony in the back with a grill and

a covered, sunken hot tub.
