The Space:

Experience true mountain luxury at Blue Mountain Majesty, a spectacular 10,676 sq. ft. estate located directly on the Northstar ski runs near The Ritz-Carlton. With direct ski-in/ski-out access in winter and exceptional hiking and mountain biking nearby in summer, the home offers an unforgettable mountain experience in every season.



Designed for large groups, the estate features 9 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, and an additional private master sleeping suite, giving guests exceptional flexibility and space to spread out. Nine California King beds provide comfortable sleeping for couples and adults, while the dedicated bunk room offers six twin beds.



The expansive great room is designed for gathering, with 20-foot vaulted ceilings, dramatic windows, abundant natural light, a large Smart TV, and one of seven gas fireplaces. A separate game area keeps everyone entertained with a pool table, foosball table, and shuffleboard.



The chef’s kitchen is built for large gatherings, featuring two refrigerators, double ovens, a butler’s pantry, generous counter space, and a 14-foot custom dining table with seating for up to 16. Six additional guests can gather at the kitchen island, making it easy for the entire group to enjoy meals together.



After a day on the mountain, head outside to the expansive patio overlooking Timberline Run. Relax in the two 8-person hot tubs, gather around the outdoor fireplace and fire pit, stay warm beneath the overhead patio heaters, or fire up one of the two BBQ grills for an après-ski meal.



A private ski hut provides dedicated space for skis and winter gear, keeping equipment out of the main living areas. It includes gear racks and a 14-pair boot warmer so boots are warm and ready for the next morning. When the Timberline lift is inactive, concierge shuttle service can pick guests up at the home and transport them to The Ritz-Carlton for convenient access to the mid-mountain slopes.

The master suites feature private five-piece ensuite bathrooms, while additional guest rooms offer ensuite or conveniently located bathrooms. Four bedrooms share twoJack-and-Jill bathrooms, and the remaining two bedrooms have bathrooms located just outside their doors.



A steam shower provides an additional way to unwind after a day on the mountain, conveniently located just outside the ski room and near the hot tubs.



Family-Friendly Hospitality:

Our goal is to make your Tahoe stay comfortable from the moment you arrive. The home is professionally prepared, inspected, warmed, and staged before each stay. Your stay also includes 24/7 guest support, direct entry, high-end soaps and lotion, essential household supplies and detergents, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, bear box for secure trash management, and daily snow removal as needed during winter conditions. Mid-stay cleaning is available, and early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on the reservation schedule.



For families traveling with young children, the home includes two Pack-n-Play travel cribs, two high chairs, a baby gate, and children's dinnerware.



Northstar in Every Season:

In winter, step directly onto the slopes for ski-in/ski-out access, then return home to the hot tub, outdoor fireplace, heated patio, and private ski hut. In summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, scenic mountain views, and expansive outdoor gathering spaces.

You will have access to the entire property, sitting on 1.36 acres with Northstar California Ski Resort as the backdrop. Trails accessible from the back patio.

This is a quiet neighborhood with $10M homes, on 1+ acres of land, and Northstar California in the backyard. Private gate to access.



Getting Around:

The private shuttle service will take you to the Ritz at Northstar Village and bring you back to the home. Very easy way to travel back and forth to restaurants, shop, live entertainment, and more.
