"Paid for double delux, nonrefundable 3 months in advinece.. Arrived to a very small depressing, no adequate light room. Immediately changed 1st nite. Had to change again 2nsd day and again 3rd day. On 4th day I recvd room I paid for and requested. I knew this room bc I was there in 2025.
Bc I needed to be present at 1200 to see the room, I lost my opportunity/tickets to visit places I waited a year to see. They were day trips.
This was a 7 day booking. Not only did I loose money for daytrip tickets, but paid the max room price for dingy rooms with 2'x 2' showers I could not use, tiny sink so couldn't was my hair, no rack or draws for my clothes, coffee machine broken, list goes on but when I complained, they didn't do a thing. Pillows gave me stiff neck entire week. Took chairs from balcony y to have a place, other than the floor, to lay out my clothes. So, could not enjoy balcony with a glass of wine, enjoy the son since I had no chI to sit on.
The hotel is built between 2 buildings. This means u need to change elevators & walk steps. Awful inconvenience. Front dest are nor even French but cheap laborers from Eastern Europe."
