"One elevator in the parking garage was out of order so we had to wait at times and people would just crowd into it. The directions for parking before you check-in need better clarification. The lobby was packed due to a wedding reception and people were drunk one guy even puked. They needed some separation from paying guests and reception attendees most of them seemed to be leaving late."

"Valet was great! The men who were running around were very kind and prompt. We had 7 of us on our trip and rooms were big! Breakfast was also a major hit. The men staffing during our weekend trip had fresh food the entire time and tables were cleared off promptly. We had room service from the restroom upstairs and the man that delivered our food was hilarious! As for location, it was about a 10 min walk to the stadium, across the street was a DG express, and 1 block down is a Starbucks. Any other needs we doordashed. All staff received tips from us and plan to come here again! "

"Originally charged for 2 rooms bc we had 4 grandsons aged 7 & 8. Forced to reserve 2 rooms even though we planned to & did sleep in 1 room. We were comped for 2nd room. That was unused. Kudos to Pear Tree Inn for recognizing this. This will definitely make them our next choice for the future trips backed. Already discussing the next trip plans!"
