We enjoyed the stay, but left a day early because a very bad storm was predicted. No basement or storm shelter listed, no garage for car. Hope to come again next year for planning ministry retreat. Everything was great. Loved the homey atmosphere.

We stayed here while attending the KC Chiefs training camp in St. Joseph, MO. The property has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Troy, KS is a charming, quiet little town and the house was clean, well equipped and comfortable with a responsive owner. Highly recommended.

We had to cut our trip short due to family issues but found the property to be very charming and clean. The kitchen appeared well stocked if you needed to cook meals. Quiet street and safe to walk our dogs. About a 15 minute drive to Saint Joseph.

Difficult family situation/hospitalization brought us here. Plenty of room for us to feel comfortable and to have some "space" during difficult time. Easy commute to St. Joseph hospital. Phone/internet access area is lacking.
