"Everything at the motel was great. The problem we had was an issue with Expedia. Mixup with reserving the room and it took over an hour to get it straightened out so we could get the room. The young man at the desk worked tirelessly to get resolved. "

"The check in clerk did not say one single word to me. When I arrived, he just looked at me until i told him my name. He then did not say a word during the transaction and handed me the card key, again without saying anything. The check out clerk was nicer and spoke to me. This is unusual, as i usually experience good customer service at this particular hotel and location. "
