"We had to be in Troy Mo for a funeral/celebration of life event. Under the best circumstances not a fun experience. Because of the Farmhouse and lake we actually had a spectacular vacation. We unplugged, spent time together as a family catching fish, riding our four wheeler that we brought with us, and sitting by a campfire. We loved it! My family and I will be back! "

"Location allowed us to walk downtown to Hechler Hardware, coffee shops, and short drive to Cuivre River State Park which has a remnant prairie trail, camping, and multiple trails ranging in length and difficulty. Brenda was very responsive when getting back to me about questions. Check-in and check-out so easy. She has provided ample bath towels and wash cloths and even thought of extension cords which we needed for my husband's C-pap machine. Troy has a relaxed pace and very friendly,...

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location is great. We were going to the St. Louis but wanted a quieter area to stay and this place did not disappoint. Serene locale yet mere minutes away from Troy and its numerous amenities. No issues, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area."
