Trouville Ferienwohnung

Lage der Wohnung top. Betten sehr gut. KĂŒche sehr klein aber mit allem was man benötigt. Markisen mĂŒssten erneuert werden. Bodenbretter des Balkon lose und nicht gepflegt. Teppichboden im Treppenhaus vor der Wohnung muss erneuert oder gereinigt werden ( richt nach toter Katze )

TrÚs bel appartement situé face à la mer, petit bémol c'est que la télévision de la chambre fait office de tableau car elle ne fonctionne pas (dommage car au prix des écrans à l'heure actuelle). Petit manque de ménage au niveau de la douche,(joint, sous les portes de douche etc... Remise des clés dans la boite à clés impeccable

TrÚs beau logement au 4Úme etage avec une vue direct sur la mer, petit bémol au niveau de la propreté de la cabine de douche et la télé de la chambre du bas est là pour habiller les murs car elle ne fonctionne pas. Rien de bien grave, sinon excellent séjour.

Ruhige Komfortable Wohnung mit Meerblick

Große saubere ruhige Duplexwohnung im Dachgeschoss. 15 Minuten Fussweg zum Strand. Beim RĂŒckweg sind ca 70 Höhenmeter zu ĂŒberwinden. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist ĂŒber eine steile, schmale Treppe erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist einwandfrei. Der Ausblick bietet schöne SonnenuntergĂ€nge. Die Wohnung ist gut als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge geeignet. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Pkw ok. Die Wohnung hat kein WiFi aber 4G-Roaming ĂŒber eigenes Smartphone hat gut funktioniert.

Superbe séjour - appartement avec vue magique

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement. On ne se lasse pas de la vue quelque soit le moment de la journĂ©e. Appartement tout confort. La descente et surtout la remontĂ©e depuis le centre ville Trouville sont sportives mais nous l’avons fait quotidiennement avec plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wohnung im 4.Stock mit Top-Aussicht. KĂŒchenaustattung sehr gut. Garage vorhanden ! Zum Meer zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten bergab zurĂŒck etwas lĂ€nger (bergauf). Wegempfehlung: zuerst 80 m nach rechts, dann an der Villa Italienne (Nr.15) gerade den Fußweg hinunter, gerade ĂŒber die Straße in die Sackgasse weitergehen. Am Ende eine Treppe zur Strand-Promenade.

Een prachtig uitzicht

Een mooi duplex-appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Gelegen op een hoogte, even buiten het centrum van Trouville. Alles aanwezig, en veel meer dan dat. Zo zaten alle schuiven en kasten propvol met spullen. Moeilijk om een plaatsje vrij te maken om ons eigen gerief kwijt te raken. Heel de dag de verwarming op het hoogste niveau zetten, en 's avonds amper 20 graden bereiken. Dit aangekaart bij poetsploeg en zouden het doorgeven aan syndicus. Op het einde 'voelde' het warmer aan.

Sensarionelle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock eines Hauses, das mit zwei weiteren GebÀuden die Ferienanlage unfasst. Bereits bei der Einfahrt fÀllt auf, wie gepflegt das Ebsemble ist. Nachdem man das Auto in der Tiefgarage auf einen eigenen Parkplatz abgestellt hat, geht es mit dem Lift in den vierten Stock. Die Wohnung ist gross, gerÀumig, sehr hell und hat unverbauten Seeblick. Besser geht es nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. 100% Empfehlung.
