Appartement très lumineux et bien situé le plus dur est de monter à pieds jusqu' a la location depuis la ville. C'est très bien d' avoir un parking pour garer sa voiture.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht vom Balkon sind wirklich besonders schön. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Bei zwei Problemen (Spülmaschine und Parkplatzschranke) war das Büro sofort für uns da.

Belle résidence au calme qui domine la vallée - appartement bien aménagé - petite terrasse sympa. Pour aller et revenir du centre ville à pied, il faut tenir compte de la forte déclivité (peu pratique pour poussette car trottoirs trop exigus voire inexistants) c'est sportif ! Séjour agréable avec météo au top.

Rue tranquille. La résidence est très calme avec une place de parking. Le soir à l’arrière du bâtiment où se trouve, l’entrée, les lampadaires de la résidence n’étaient pas allumés et il y a des marches descendantes et il faisait nuit noire.

Un appartement parfaitement conçu, suffisamment de place dans chaque pièce, un balcon bien agréable (nous avons eu très beau temps sur cette période). Le couchage est excellent. Le panorama sur la rivière Touques et les collines avoisinantes (et sur la mer) est très joli. La sortie du parking est un peu acrobatique compte tenu de la circulation certains jours et de la barrière qui retombe très vite.

Superbe vue, immeuble et appartement propres et agréables, remise des clés facile car en face de la gare. C'est par contre vraiment un appartement pour de longues vacances. On vous donne un petit kit de bienvenu mais ce n'est pas idéal pour de courts séjours où vous êtes plusieurs (tout petit flacon de liquide vaisselle, j'ai acheté du savon pour les mains, du papier toilette alors que je suis restée environ 3 jours) dommage de rendre l'appart très tôt comme tout est fermé et qu'il fait froid!
