"The hotel is near the beach and the estuary. There is plenty of cheap parking nearby. Our only criticism is that there is no air-conditioning. Apart from that we would recommend the hotel. The town is well worth visiting. "

"Small town, so many things are just a few blocks away. Clean, upgraded hotel. Large comfortable bedroom & bathroom. Breakfast buffet offers great choice & dining room is large, very “French”. Weather was hot & muggy, not having AC is an inconvenience but night cooled down a bit. Window opened helps but we could hear seagulls & dogs. "

The “noise” others complained about were just the pleasant sounds f people’s laughter and the hum of pleasureable comraderie. Didn’t Bother me at all.
