Apartment of 25 m2 renovated with terrace and landscaped garden of 50m2, sunny and quiet in a luxury residence. Parking in the residence, my home is located near the town hall in the heart of all shops.
You will appreciate the calm and the moments of relaxation in the garden
2 minutes from the beach, Casino and Thalasso.
The apartment is near the train station Deauville - Trouville (10 min walk) and 5 minutes from Deauville by the tray.
His equipment: Queen 2 people very comfortable, table and 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils ..) .
The toilets are beyond the bathroom (shower with Italian, towels and hair dryer available)
The garden is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, 1 bench and 2 chairs.

Pied-à-terre parfait au cœur de Trouville
Nous avons apprécié de séjourner dans ce petit appartement très bien aménagé où tout est prévu pour que l'occupant ne manque de rien. L'emplacement est idéal et le petit jardin bien entretenu, niché dans ce lieu où l'on ne l'attend pas, donne un charme supplémentaire à l'endroit.

Wonderful Unit in a great location!
The owners were very accommodating and responsive! We felt right at home. The unit, though small, met every need we had and then some. The location is very quiet and the terrace was absolutely gorgeous! We walked downstairs and we were in the heart of Trouville! What more can anyone ask for! Would definitely stay here again!

Calme et proximité centre ville
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Odile, Madame cent mille volts, très agréable Odile et discrète en même temps. L'appartement est très bien équipé, belle terrasse au calme, très rare sur Trouville. Tout proche des commerces, plage, marché du dimanche, restaurant à conseiller "La Régence". Ascenseur et parking sécurisé, que demander de plus pour passer d'agréables vacances.....Nous recommandons à 100 %.

Telle une suite d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, ce studio est pourvu d'une kitchenette bien équipée qui permet de manger sur place ( indispensable en cette période de crise sanitaire). Odile, toujours aux petits soins soigne chaque détail pour que ses hôtes soient comblés (ouvrez le frigo, vous y trouverez une délicate attention et une bouteille d'eau, merci 🙏). Linge de maison, aliments de base, produits de toilette, sèche cheveux, wifi etc La douche est belle et spacieuse. Le mobilier et la décoration de qualité ont été choisis pour optimiser l'espace. Literie confortable. Propreté ( même pour quelqu'un à cheval sur l'hygiène) Cerise sur le gâteau : un joli petit jardin qui fait de ce studio un endroit rare en plein centre de Trouville. Idéal à 2 et pour ceux qui apprécient de séjourner sans voiture bien qu'il y ait aussi un parking inclus ! Le descriptif correspond mais vous serez encore plus satisfaits en étant hébergés dans ce cocon confortable et exceptionnel dans le quartier. Monoprix à côté, plage à 5 mn pieds. Voyagez léger vous trouverez tout sur place. Mention +++ pour les propriétaires adorables et très attentifs à votre bien-être. Merci

Situation de ce studio très confortable au centre de Trouville. Très pratique avec un accès aux restaurants , à la plage, aux commerces. L'intérieur est clair , de belle qualité et le plus est le linge fourni pour ne pas trop s'encombrer. Détail adorable le petit cadeau de bien venu et le sourire chaleureux de sa propriétaire qui accompagne le tout. Belle découverte pour nous .
