"The inside did not look anything like in the picture on line. There was no welcome pack. I was not offered a drink either especially I checked in at night time. No tea or coffee in the room except a kettle. The bed and mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The mattress protector was of plastic material. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The location was fantastic, with a pristine beach just steps away. The service was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.I don't have any major complaints. There was a minor issue where I was supposed to meet with the manager, Hareesh, before I left regarding a small issue I had. A message was left for him through another manager, but the meeting never occurred. I assume he was busy, so it's not a big deal.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
