They provided transportaion from the airport and the ferry. The pool was amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing and on top of it all. Communcation was very easy. "Our group of 20 persons stayed at the Golden Bay Belize for one night. I had contacted the hotel in advance and they were very helpful in helping me secure a cave tubing tour for our group. When we arrived, the hotel restaurant was to be closed for a private event, despite me notifying the hotel our group would like to eat at the restaurant. The front desk was amazing and had staff prepare an area in the restaurant for our group and we were able to have our evening at the hotel as planned. The hotel provided our group with towels for the tour and even delivered our luggage to the dock after our tour to save our group an extra stop at the hotel. I cannot say enough good about this hotel. It is reasonably priced, and clean. The restaurant is first rate and the staff does above and beyond to provide the best experience for their customers. I will continue to book our groups through the Golden Bay."

"The staff was wonderful, they arranged transfers from Water Taxi to hotel and staff pickup us up and took us across the river on a boat. I believe we were the only 2 on site as it was off season she still made us bkft the next day. Oh she also arranged dinner bring brought to us. Jus make sure you take you mosquito spray."

"Lovely hotel very close to the water taxi and within the area for tours to pick you up at the hotel. The staff is extremely nice and hospitable and the room was clean with shower amenities and a solid ac unit. There are two patios to sit on that overlook the river and there is coffee in the lobby in the morning. There are plenty of places to eat right near the hotel as well as a small grocery store across the street for water, etc…. I am a solo woman traveler and I felt very safe in this area and at the hotel. Great affordable option in Belize City, I highly recommend:)"
