One thing that will stick with me was the treatment I received. Staff always checked if I had a pleasant stay and how my day was going or if I needed anything. The overall experience for me was a 9.5 out of ten (There's always room for improvement)."

"One South Place was clean, quiet, and felt like home from the moment I pulled up. Met a couple guests that were passing through the city and we shared many laughs out on the front porch area over some cold Belikins that were sold on site. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as well. Taxi service was always a phone call away and the breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the fried jacks. Both Lincoln the day security and Mark the night security were top notch down to earth...

Iz and the PDS family took great care of us, including snorkeling and fishing trips, and delicious food and drink! We hope to return!"

"For the prices we paid, the room was small. If we wanted to watch tv we would have to plug the mini refrigerator out by to plug in the tv. When we ask for the AC remote we were told it an extra $20 a night for AC. The shower had very low pressure and the shower head need to be clean. "

"Main problem was ongoing construction of two new cottages only a few feet from the single existing cottage. Savy lodge owners care about client comfort and do not rent when renovating. Lighting along boardwalk poor and I tripped over a fresh 3 ft tall gravel mound ( construction) walking to our car in the dark. The manager did not show us the cottage upon our arrival as all other 13 places we stayed in Belize did."
