"It sucked that we weren’t able to go to the rooftop pool because it was full. Not sure if it’s open to the public or not but it sucked because that was the main thing we came for and didn’t get to experience it. Everything else was amazing m!"

"They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature."

"Our stay was pleasant overall, but unfortunately, the hotel only had one EV charger available, and it was occupied during our visit, so we couldn’t use it. More chargers would definitely be a helpful addition for guests with electric vehicles."

"My husband and I own a Handyman Business and once every couple of months we rent a room to get away, relax and be alone. This was our 2nd time there and had a perfect weekend. The nighttime guy Derek was there again and I can't say enough about him. He is so personable, funny and really goes out of his way to make our stay great. I was so upset when we showed up Friday evening only to find out I had booked the wrong dates through Hotel.com. He calmed me down got us into a room and told me what to do to change my other date to saturday. Hotel.com was very good too, the guy called Derek and between the 2 of them everything got straightened out and within an hour, my husband and I were relaxing in the jacuzzi and pool. We had a great stay. You are blessed to have such an outstanding employee. We look forward to coming back next month."
