"Great spot to stay! Genuinely very happy with our experience. Extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and complete privacy for a couples stay or a small family. Host has great attention to detail and offered helpful things like beach bag, beach towels, games, sunblock, commonly forgot items, etc. Really loved our stay! We used Uber to travel into downtown Cape Coral and to Fort Meyer Beach both an easy trip from the house!"

The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. "My now husband and i spent our honeymoon at this stay and we had a lovely time! place was clean and cozy, we pretty much got in the pool everyday that we stayed. Check in process was very easy and the bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, we visited many restaurants and a beach and everything was decently in the area! 10/10 would recommend for a lovely getaway, we plan on coming back whenever the opportunity presents itself."

"We were in Ft Myers to visit our son who works for Florida Repertory Theatre in the downtown area. The house was perfectly located - 2 blocks from a Publix and a 20 minute walk from downtown. We stayed in Apartment Sanibel for 6 nights and it was great for our 4 person family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed for cooking several meals, and the pool was refreshing in the midday heat. We would definitely stay here again."

"I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting."

"I stayed at the Tarpon suite from Jan 6-20 2024. I was very satisfied with the suite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues with anything, everything is new and up to date. Exterior area has everything needed to relax, and can fish right out the back door. The only thing it needs is a microwave. I passed that along to the property manager. "We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...
