"This extended stay did not have some common amenities, such as washcloth and hand towels provided or even shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Though there is a kitchenette, I did not realize guests had to purchase from them the dishware, utensils, and cooking pots and pans. It made my stay challenging as it was not as expected. We stayed for three nights, and it was extremely uncomfortable for our family. The room was also very small, and we were never offered a rollaway bed or a sofa bed to make our stay more comfortable.
