The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with double sofa bed, Smart TV and dining area. It has a shower room. One double bedroom which complete the comfortable accommodation. The building benefits from immaculate common areas and on street parking. This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx. 1 mile away.Troon beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby.   
  Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Troon celebration
The apartment was immaculate, and very warm. Our feeling was that this is a new property, and would benefit from additional crockery, and cutlery, as had there been more than 2 of us, it would only have covered one meal. Details of restaurants and tourist sites would also be helpful.
