"We stayed here last week for our holiday to Cyprus. The hotel was easily located by Satnav and has parking areas. The room was clean, very comfortable beds and air con which helped as it was hot when we arrived. Beds made every day, fresh towels and the hotel breakfast buffet was plentiful. The staff who worked there were lovely and arranged a taxi one night when we both wanted a drink with our meal in the town centre. If you fancy eating an evening meal there, do it! We ordered kebab one night and it was much better value than the town centre restaurants. Couldn't recommend this hotel higher, it exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. A real gem in Limassol "

"We arrived early and was greeted by a very friendly man who let us have access to the room despite 2 hrs early Room was very clean , large bed and nice balcony - every day the room was cleaned and fresh towells ! Swimming pool is fresh water and they take real pride in this , excellent pool area too ! Walk up the hill , kiosk and 2 restaurants , both excellent too Breakfast was brilliant selection and fresh , overall I would highly recommend this hotel as real value for money , great staff , thanks so much we will be back ! "The property is 8 rooms around a charming garden. However, the property is NOT in Limassol. It is in a suburb. Hotels sorts them in the city but when you book and see the address, it is not. They denied this, but their welcome notes had bus directions to Limassol so they know they are not in the city. I also asked for two beds as I am traveling with a person I don't usually sleep with. The owners claim that the web site did not pass that information to them. However, their comment that "all the rooms with sofa beds were occupied" makes it clear that they don't have two-bed rooms. "

"Even we stayed in small room the kitchenette had everything we needed for night drinks and morning breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful Room was nicely decorated and had smart TV Parking near by Nice breakfast hamper and coffee/milk We'll be coming back :)"
