"The room was basic, but very comfortable. Could have used a few more pillows, but they were willing to provide more upon asking. Also, hotel is very well located, particularly if taking the train anywhere. For the price, it was a perfectly fine room!"

"Lovely comfortable hotel with great breakfast. A bus ride from centre of Trondheim. Also direct bus to the folk museum. Really super helpful staff. Thank you. Good for children. Next to football stadium."

"Great central location and was good for just a weekend trip. The shower water got everywhere in the bathroom though. And the hotel is right above / next to several clubs which are loud until about 3 am. I was fine with noise cancelling headphones but would not recommend for very light sleepers!"

"This is truly a beautiful hotel. Appointments are exquisite and the staff is the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in years. Room was very nice with incredible extra touches such as heated floor in the bathroom. I cannot recommend Britannia highly enough."
