"The room was clean and quiet. The women that checked us in was wonderful, I believe her name was Alison (she was from Finland and I apologize if I gave her name wrong). She was friendly, funny and set us up with a great spa experience. Such a beautiful experience to offer guests. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices suited for all. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend."

"Very homey and friendly. Front desk staff went out of their way to help us with our stay and plan our outings. Convenience and savings of having two+ meals provided were well worth it, and food was quite good if not high gourmet. View of harbor and waterfront was attractive and constantly engaging. Other guests were polite and friendly, families with kids made it cozy. Would stay again and will look for sister hotels in other cities."

"Property is right near a bus stop you can take from the airport. Check in was smooth and you can still get a physical keycard at the property. Laundry is 30NOK per wash and per dryer use."

"Overall great for the price and nice room BUT - in the morning the kitchen was not opened at the designated time. I waited an hour then had to leave without breakfast. Very annoying"

"The Dock is in a great location in Tromso and the breakfast buffet was quite good! We enjoyed being close to Vervet center for restaurants and a great bakery right around the corner. The restaurant was good, upstairs bar was beautiful to sit in but dinner there was quite pricey for what you got. Parking is in the next building but not too far but the they do have shuttle buses that run like every hour to the airport if you don’t want to rent a car. Also sauna is $40 Nok for 1.5 hours. Enjoyable stay!"
